30 days prior to arrival:
full refund less 10% costs
30-22 days prior to arrival:
25% of full booking amount payable
21-15 days prior to arrival
50% of full booking amount payable
14-8 days prior to arrival
75% of full booking amount payable
Cancellation within 7 days of the confirmed arrival date, non-arrival or no show before end of check-in time without prior communication, also premature departure, then the full amount of the booked accommodation will become payable. Refunds only paid back to source card or account.
We reserve the right to reallocate single guests to rooms to suit our requirements. For security purposes, no extra overnight (full or part) guests are allowed without permission and even so will be charged for.
We reserve the right to re-allocate guests to rooms at the same rate again to suit our requirements.
We reserve the right to charge for breakages or damage to the property and contents
Should the business or property be sold, the deposit will be refunded without compensation should the new owners not wish to continue the business.
